These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of this website and related pages we operate (including sovereignoperators.com). The site is operated by Logic Ventures, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and the company behind the Sovereign Operators brand ("SVRN," "we," "us," "our"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. What this site is

This site provides educational content and information about our programs and services. Free content is provided for general education and information only.

2. Programs and enrollment

Enrollment in our paid programs happens through an application and enrollment process and is governed by a separate written client agreement presented to you before purchase. That agreement, including its payment and refund terms, controls all program matters. If it conflicts with these Terms, the client agreement wins. Any product sold directly on this site will display its own purchase terms at checkout.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logomarks, curriculum names, frameworks, videos, and downloads, is owned by Logic Ventures, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You get a limited, personal, non-commercial license to view the content. You may not copy, republish, resell, scrape, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.
